The App Is Provided As-Is
Local Legend is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and useful, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Who Can Use Local Legend
You must be at least 13 years old to use Local Legend. Because the app includes user-generated content and player ratings, we recommend it for users 17 and older, and it is rated 17+ on the App Store.
Your Content
You own the content you create — your profile, photos, and ratings. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the app so it works as intended (for example, showing your profile to players you connect with).
Acceptable Use and Account Suspension
Keep it respectful. We may suspend or terminate accounts for harassment, providing fake information, abuse of the ratings system, or any behavior that harms other users or the community.
Real-World Activity and Liability
Local Legend helps you find runs and courts, but everything that happens in person is your responsibility. We are not liable for injuries, disputes, losses, or anything else that occurs at courts or during games you find through the app. Play safe and use good judgment.
Governing Law and Disputes
Any disputes relating to these terms or the app will be resolved in the state courts of Tennessee (or in the jurisdiction where the operating entity is ultimately established).
